We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received during the World Cup, particularly during England's games. As a very small, family run business your custom during these times really does have an impact on us and we appreciate each and every one of you that comes through our doors.

Being a village pub we also need to be mindful of our neighbours. In order to manage numbers within the bar, the England vs Argentina semi-final match will be a ticketed event. Tickets are FREE, but will be required for entry to The Mcorville Inn, Elwick on Wednesday evening. Please give us a call on 01429 273344. We will take your full name and the amount of tickets that you require. Unfortunately anyone not on our list will not be able to join us for the match.

We hope you understand our decision with this and can appreciate that we are trying to keep the evening enjoyable for our customers and village residents alike.
