Established restaurant and wine bar serving British classics in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The downstairs wine bar has a ‘bistro style’ atmosphere with low ceilings and is open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, last food orders at 9pm and Sunday lunch 12-6pm. The upstairs area is more spacious with high ceilings and chandeliers and has private dining facilities available for private events. The newly created covered outside pergola is great for 'al fresco' dining and can be booked online with additional outside space available for walk ins. Inside dining (from 17th May) and outside dining under the pergola can be booked online.

*NEW* The Bounce Back Brunch is available outside Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10am until midday.

🚨 THEFT ON COLD BATH ROAD. 🚨
Have you seen anything?

At 4.03am on Wednesday, 9th September, a man pulled up on Cold Bath Road facing towards the Crown roundabout, opposite William & Victoria, got out of his car and headed straight to the rear of the restaurant.

He then left with 8 Italian Nardi chairs to the value of £680.

It was clearly a targeted theft — he arrived by car, knew where he was going and was on a mission.

Our footage unfortunately doesn’t give us a clear view of the vehicle, but it appears to be black or dark coloured.

👀 This is where our Cold Bath Road neighbours might be able to help.

If you have CCTV, Ring or doorbell footage covering the road or surrounding area around 4.03am, please get in touch.

The theft has been reported to North Yorkshire Police, a statement has been provided and council cameras in the area are also being checked.

And yes… we are now locking up all our chairs and tables every night, along with our early-morning deliveries. (Google Stolen Brie Harrogate Restaurant for a reminder)

As if running a restaurant wasn’t hard enough!

Happy 40th Birthday to one of the true legends of the W&V family – Brad Nichols! 🎉🎂

Brad joined us KP at just 16 years old and has moved up the ranks to Head Chef! 24 years later he’s still the calm at the centre of the kitchen. Whether he’s sending out 20 Lamb Henrys, 10 perfectly cooked steaks, or a full restaurant’s worth of dishes, he does it all with skill, consistency and, somehow, still finds time for a laugh along the way.

Through thick and thin, Brad has been an absolute stalwart of the William & Victoria team. His loyalty, hard work and dedication over the years have played a huge part in making W&V what it is today, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him.

Happy 40th, Brad! We hope you have a fantastic day celebrating, enjoy your well-deserved family holiday and make the most of a thoroughly earned break.😎🍻
