🏠 Important update from Mum’s House

For the remainder of September - and potentially into October - we’ll be carrying out refurbishment work in both the main bar and our first-floor space.

To accommodate this work, our temporary opening hours for September will be:

Fridays: 5pm–1am
Saturdays: 2pm–1am

We will continue to open for all private events and functions already booked and may also be able to accommodate additional functions upon request. Please get in touch with us to discuss availability.

We apologise for any inconvenience these temporary changes may cause and really appreciate your patience while we update and improve the venue.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to an even better Mum’s House! ❤️

💔 A Little Shirley Update, Babes 💔

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re sadly having to cancel the planned Sundays with Shirley on 23rd August.

We know lots of you were looking forward to an afternoon of karaoke chaos, questionable dance moves and Shirley's usual level of professionalism (or lack thereof 😘), so we’re really sorry for any disappointment caused.

But fear not, darlings! Shirley’s Halloween Special is still going full steam ahead on Sunday 25th October and is absolutely happening as planned, so there’s still plenty of Shirley fun to look forward to!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We’ll be back causing trouble together very soon. ❤️

Heading to see Ellie Sax at The Piece Hall? We’ve got your warm-up and after party sorted🍻✨

Join us at Mum’s House before the show for all your favourite dance classics with resident DJ Aimee Oz 🎶

What a night! 🎸🍻

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Mixtape’s unofficial pre and after party for The Kooks at Mum’s House. The atmosphere after the gig was absolutely incredible! 🎶

We’d also like to apologise to anyone trying to get served whilst our staff temporarily swapped bartending for percussion, banging their Bostons on the bar… we may have got a little carried away with the atmosphere ourselves🤣🥁

Thanks again to Mixtape, and the fab DJ Lucinda for hosting another cracking event, and to everyone who came down and made it such a memorable night ❤️
