A new competition for you all to get involved with

We all have a camera in our hand now, and we have noticed that many of you are keen photographers of food, sunsets and animals, so we thought why not hold a competition to find the best pictures in the following categories

📷 ⛰️ A Landscape
📷 🙎‍♀️ A Portrait
📷 🐾 Animals
📷 🌄 Sunrise or Sunset 🌅
📷 🪞 Reflection or mirror image
📷 💧 Water

Entries are to be handed in between Monday 7th and Saturday 19th September so they can be judged on Sunday 20th, results will be announced at 5pm

The winning entries will be displayed in frames on the wall for everyone to see

Please print your entries 7x5 or 5x7 😉

We can't wait to see all of your photos

Blimey it's the 1st of September tomorrow!! That means it's our monthly quiz tomorrow night, here's a little practice round for you....

Question 1. What time does it start?
Answer. 7pm

Question 2. How much does it cost?
Answer. £3 per person

Question 3. How many can we have in a team?
Answer. Up to 6 people

Question 4. Is it difficult?
Answer. No, we have a mix of fun questions and include picture and music rounds

Question 5. What will we win?
Answer. A trophy, and half of the entry money

Question 6. What happen to the final half of the entry money?
Answer. It is given to the local fundraising group

Question 7. Is there food available?
Answer. Yes, the kitchen is open from 5.30pm for basket meals for only £6 or burger & a pint for £12.95
