We are very sorry to share the news that unfortunately both the Rifle Volunteer, St Anns Chapel and the Who’d Have Thought It, St Dominick, will stop trading, with our last day being Friday 12th June.
For the past 12 years, we’ve worked tirelessly to provide friendly pubs, with great staff, great food and great customer service. COVID took a big toll on the business but unfortunately the current financial climate has made it impossible to continue to run the sort of pub that we are proud to provide to you, our customers.
We’d like to thank our amazing staff who have made both pubs so special and we are incredibly proud of their contribution. As we’re sure you understand, we haven’t taken this decision lightly and we wish them all the very best for their futures.
Finally to all our customers, we would sincerely like to thank you for all your support and friendship over the years. This might be the end of the road for us but we believe passionately that pubs are a vital part of the community and hope that both pubs will be open again under new management very soon.

Changes to opening hours at The Rifle

From Monday 27th April we will return to 7 day opening but Mondays and Tuesdays will be for drinks only.
From Wednesday to Sunday our restaurant will be open and we will be serving food and drinks.
In addition we will be open for food and drinks on all Bank Holiday Mondays.

Snack Shack hours will remain as now - Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30 - 8:30

🕖 Tables: 7:00pm
🎟 Music Bingo Card Sales: 7:30pm (cash only, all stakes paid out as cash prizes)
🎵 First Game: 8:00pm
🍔 Snack Shack open: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Reluctantly we've decided to end our loyalty scheme at both the Who'd and the Rifle due to rising costs.

We'd like to thank all of our customers for taking part in our loyalty scheme.
Any points that have been earnt to date can be redeemed up to June 30th.

We appreciate that the cost of going out has increased over the last few years and we will continue to do all that we can to keep prices as low as possible.

Thanks again for all of your ongoing support and we look forward to seeing you soon.
