💜 DANCEIFY FITNESS IS COMING TO THE AGGIE! 💜

We’re really excited to welcome Danceify Fitness to Aggie Café & Community Hub with two brand-new weekly classes starting this October! 🎉

✨ GOLDEN TONE
Every Monday
Starting Monday 5th October
🕚 11am–12pm

Golden Tone is a lower-intensity class, perfect for anyone wanting to get moving, improve strength, balance, mobility and fitness in a friendly and supportive environment.

💃 DANCE FIT PARTY
Every Thursday
Starting Thursday 8th October
🕔 5pm–6pm

A fun, feel-good dance fitness class with upbeat music, easy-to-follow moves and plenty of energy! No dance experience needed, just come along and enjoy yourself.

💷 PRICING

Classes are £5 per session, or you can save yourself £5 by paying for your first 6 weeks upfront for just £25.

You can pay:

• Cash to a member of staff at the bar
• Bank transfer using your name + Danceify as the reference, for example: Joe Bloggs Danceify

If paying by bank transfer, please message us once you’ve paid so we can make sure you’re marked down for your 6-week block.

You can of course still pay weekly at £5 per class if you prefer.

We’ve got lots going on at Aggie Café & Community Hub next week, with some of our new community groups officially getting underway! 💜

🥊 Monday 21st September – Youth Club
⏰ 4pm–6pm
👧🧑 Ages 8–16
💷 £2 per child

This week’s main activity will be a Boxing Trial! 🥊
A brilliant chance for the young people to have a go at something different, build confidence and have some fun.
Parents/guardians will need to come in with their child on their first visit to complete the registration paperwork.

🧶 Tuesday 22nd September – Crochet, Sew, Knit & Natter
⏰ 10am–12pm

Bring along whatever you’re working on, enjoy a cuppa and have a good old natter. Beginners are very welcome too!

💜 Wednesday 23rd September – Empty Chairs
⏰ 5:30pm–6pm

A relaxed, welcoming space for anyone feeling anxious, isolated, lacking confidence or simply wanting somewhere safe to sit, chat and connect with others. No pressure — just come as you are. Call Hev on 07379123709 if walkung through them doors alone feels like too much, why not enter together 😊

From sanding the walls to helping clean everything down, she’s been making sure the grown-ups are kept on their toes!

We absolutely love seeing everyone mucking in and helping to give Aggie Café & Community Hub a fresh new look. It really is a proper community effort, right down to our tiniest helper. 🥹💜

Okay guys, this is our FINAL post to get definite numbers for our trip to Tulleys Farm Shocktoberfest on Friday 23rd October! 😱🔥

Up until now I’ve been asking who might be interested, but we’ve now reached the point where I need to know who genuinely wants to come, as I’ll be starting to collect money for tickets from Monday 21st September.

Great news — a minibus has now been booked for Friday 23rd October! 🚌👻

The total price will now be:

That’s £45 in total per person for your ticket and transport.
