Café & Bar Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Café & Bar Assistant to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, support the smooth running of our café and bar, and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities-
*Providing friendly and professional customer service.
*Preparing and serving hot drinks, including barista-style coffees.
*Serving drinks at the bar and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
*Assisting with catering, food preparation and event service.
*Keeping the café, bar and customer areas clean, tidy and well presented.
*Supporting stock control, restocking and general daily operations.
*Helping to maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety.
*Promoting positive team morale and contributing to a friendly, upbeat working environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
Is a reliable team player who helps motivate and support others.
Can work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Is flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
Takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail.
Previous experience in a bar, café, barista role or catering environment would be desirable, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and great team spirit are just as important.
