A traditional pub set opposite Greenfield Railway Station, the pub has long been known as a venue for showcasing local talented bands, and also a large selection of local ales and ciders. The pub also boasts a beer garden, with stunning views of the Greenfield valley, and it also has a seperate bar called "THE ROOM". Which will show all live sports on a big screen, Aswell as showing them in the main pub. The pub is also one of the original stops on the Transpennine Ale Trail.
