We’re hiring - Head Chef Position Available!

Location: Bracken, Erskine
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in our fast-paced bar restaurant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who thrives under pressure, takes pride in delivering high-quality food, and has the leadership skills to inspire and develop a successful kitchen team!

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen team on a daily basis.
* Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
* Develop seasonal menus and innovative specials.
* Manage stock control and ordering.
* Monitor food costs, wastage, and labour budgets.
* Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health and safety, and environmental health regulations.
* Work closely with the management team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Creative flair and a passion for producing outstanding food.
* Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy service environment.
