Vault City Brewing Grounded: Vanilla Gelato 12.1% Barley Wine

& the collab/blend/hybrid theory
Common Ground: Affogato 11.6% Imperial Stout Barley Wine

We've got limited quantities of each beer. Come down and grab a third of each. We will give you a fourth glass so you can try recreate the blend as best you can. Will you be able to nail the ratio?

Oh and if enough of you comment and demand we slush the collab, I guess we have to eh?

**THURSDAY — CASKS OF THE YEAR**

Two breweries that you folk have absolutely destroyed pints from this year.

Burning Sky and Weekend Project have consistently been the best cask we've poured all year, hands down. Every drop that's landed from these two has been exceptional.

So Thursday, we're pouring a cask from each, cos that makes sense. And aye, with a sparkler. Fight me.

Come taste why these two are smashing out some of the best Angram friendly beers around.

So as well as a mountain of Oktoberfest beers that we’ll tell you about later we got some lovely bottles that we can share!

Burning Sky Brewery

Anniversaire 2026 6.5% : Farmhouse Ale aged French Chardonnay barriques with wild yeast strains! 6.5%

Anniversaire Blackberry 6.3% : A fruited version of the anniversaire barrel aged for 11 months with a further 2 months on whole blackberries!

Woven 5% : Brett Pale Ale - Robust, dry and complex!

Petite Framboise-Cerise 3.5% : Raspberries & cherries combine for a light, refreshing and slightly tart fruit beer!

Brasserie des Légendes

Hercule 9% : Belgian stout named for the famous detective! Dry, Malty and with a hint of sweetness.

Yonder Brewing

Sunset Sorbet 4.2% : Passionfruit, mango & guava are packed in this tropical sour beer!

From Magnify Brewing:

We’re looking for someone new to join the team at Koelschip Yard.

If you love great beer, enjoy looking after people, and want to work somewhere a little different from the average bar, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience behind a bar (although that’s always a bonus). What matters most is:

•⁠ ⁠A friendly personality and great customer service
•⁠ ⁠Reliability and a willingness to learn
•⁠ ⁠An interest in craft beer, whisky, wine and quality drinks
•⁠ ⁠Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

What we offer

25–35 hours per week

Starting wage £13 per hour

Share of tips

Staff beer allowance

Full training in beer, cellar management, wine & spirits

Just good beer, good people and great customers.
