📢 JOB VACANCY: CHEF & BAR STAFF 👨🏻🍳🍸

We are looking for a chef & bar staff to join our team.
The Rolling Barrel is a busy bar/diner located in Viewpark, Uddingston. We serve food 7 days a week from 12pm until 8pm.
Experience in a bar or restaurant is preferable but we are willing to consider all applicants regardless of experience or qualifications. Wage and salary will be competitive for the industry and is dependant on level of experience and qualifications.
👨🏻🍳CHEF:
Applicants must be willing to prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently in line with our standards.
They must also :
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines
- Assist in keeping kitchen and food storage areas clean, hygienic and tidy
- Work safely around the kitchen and use equipment appropriately
- An elementary food hygiene certificate would
be required but if the qualification is out of date then training can be provided.
🍺BAR:
Ideally, we're looking for someone who can work shifts during the week, as well as weekends. Shifts can vary from afternoon to late at night, so someone who is flexible for hours would fit right in.
