💔It is with the deepest sadness that Richard, Sofia and all the staff at the Masonic say goodbye to our founding head chef and director, Jimmy Harvey. His contribution to building the business cannot be overstated and his infectious smile and indomitable good humour will be sadly missed! 🕊️🙏

Do you enjoy jamming with other musicians? Come along and enjoy the Sunday Survivor's Session after all the live performances from our invited guests are over!
We usually end up at the Masonic Arms - hopefully the weather is bonny and we can be outside like before.
So if you play an instrument or sing, or want to do a wee turn you are more than welcome. If ye want to listen that is fine as well.

Masonic Arms Saturday 27th June 2026 4pm

For more than a decade on radio and two decades on stage, he's played other people's songs. Now, he's giving his own a push.

This Gallovidian singer-songwriter draws on influences from both sides of the Atlantic, drawing together stories from a lifetime spent by the sea.

Songs need stories at their core and this natural raconteur's set is wrapped up in them. After more than fifteen years in the mixing pot, his debut EP is out now and is brilliant!
