Our chefs have created a menu full of hearty new dishes, made with ingredients from trusted local suppliers less than 15 miles from the hotel.

Here’s a taste of what’s new:
🍔 The Black & Blue burger with black pudding and Dewlay Garstang Blue cheese
🥧 Brand new pies, including Peppered Beef and Chicken, Mushroom & Bacon
🥩 Braised Honeywell’s Beef with a thyme and tawny port sauce
🍋 New desserts, including Lemon Tart and Bread & Butter Pudding

Every one of our gourmet burgers is made fresh in house using Honeywell's beef steak mince and our chef's secret recipe, served in a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, skinny fries and homemade coleslaw. 😋
