BUSSERS WANTED. 👊
Every year we look for the next batch of young people who want to get their first taste of hospitality — and quite often, this is where the Team Mosset journey begins.
We’re looking for 15 years+ to join us as bussers, with 2 or 3 x 3-hour shifts per week, mainly evenings and weekends.
Typical shifts might be:
🕔 5pm–8pm
🕕 6pm–9pm
🕐 1pm–4pm
These can vary, especially around functions and busy periods.
So, what does a busser actually do? A lot.
You’ll be stocking up, bottling up, setting tables, polishing cutlery, running food and drinks, clearing down and keeping the restaurant looking absolutely spotless.
You’ll be working alongside our experienced team, learning how a busy restaurant really works and, if you show the right attitude, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a server role.
And that’s something we’re particularly proud of.
There’s a long line of Team Mosset members who started exactly here — learned the ropes, worked hard, gained confidence and moved through the ranks.
We’ll give you the training and guidance.
You bring the attitude.
We’re looking for young people who are reliable, keen to learn, prepared to work hard and take pride in what they do. You’ll also need the support of your parent/guardian and be able to get yourself to and from work reliably.
Please note though..the application needs to come from you.
Not your mum.
Not your dad.
Not your gran.
We want to hear from the person who wants the job.
Regretfully, applications made by parents or guardians on behalf of candidates won’t be progressed.
Hospitality is hard work. It can be fast, messy, noisy and demanding.
But it’s also brilliant fun, you’ll meet some great people, learn skills that will stay with you for life — and who knows where that first 3-hour busser shift might take you?
Next stop: Team Mosset.
Come and show us what you’ve got. ❤️
