This is our new Tuna Crudo starter ✨
We had this dish on our recent tasting menu and everyone requested we add it to our menu - so we did!

Yellowfin tuna in a buttermilk white w**e sauce, basil oil, lemon oil, pickled jalapeño and fresh mandarin. The flavour combinations are incredible and you have to taste it to believe it 😉

Now available on the menu for lunch and dinner✨
