We’ve revamped our menu to see us through the summer! Old favourites with a fresh twist and new dishes highlighting the best local Kentish produce. Take a peek at some tasty stuff! 👀

1. Hythe smoked salmon, potato salad, pickled cucumber.
2. Ham croquettes, pea puree, mustard emulsion, pickled shallot.
3. Seafood sharer: grilled king prawns, East Stour c***r mussels, Hythe smoked salmon.
4. Grilled prawns, white bean puree & confit heritage tomato, chilli oil.
5. Crab salad, dill oil, pickled samphire.
6. Catch of the day, crushed new potatoes, sparkling w**e beurre blanc.
7. Kentish sirloin steak, triple cooked chips, chimichurri.
