β€οΈ A Little Goodbye and a Very Big Thank You! β€οΈ
Well, the time has come for me to say goodbye to the Fishguard Arms! π₯Ήπ»
I just wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you to all my wonderful locals, friends and everyone who has walked through the doors during my time here.
What started as a job became so much more. I've had the pleasure of meeting some truly lovely people, sharing plenty of laughs, listening to stories, enjoying the banter and making friendships that I know will last long after I've pulled my last pint.
You've made the good days even better and the difficult days a little easier. The kindness, support and friendship you've shown me have meant more than you probably realise.
A pub is so much more than four walls and a bar. It's the people who fill it, the conversations, the laughter and the sense of community and you lot really are something special! β€οΈ
ππ» So, as tomorrow night is Halloween and my last Saturday behind the bar, why not pop down to the Fishguard Arms for a drink, a laugh and a little Halloween treat?
Nothing fancy, just a bit of Halloween atmosphere, good company and a chance to share a few more laughs before I hang up my bar towel! π»π
Although I'm saying goodbye to being behind the bar, I'm not disappearing from Fishguard. You'll just have to get used to seeing me on the other side of it! ππ·
Thank you for the memories, the friendships and for making my time at the Fishguard Arms so special.
