Best wishes to Sir Kenny Dalglish and Kevin Keegan who are both undergoing cancer treatment.

Kevin announced over the weekend that he is battling stage 4 cancer and today Kenny has released a statement saying he is also having treatment after a cancer diagnosis.

We wish these two iconic British football legends, both 75 years old, all the very best and a speedy recovery.

Stage four is the most advanced stage of cancer, and means the disease has spread to other parts of the body.
Keegan's family originally disclosed he was battling cancer in January, after the 75-year-old had "further evaluation of ongoing abdominal symptoms" in hospital
