Good afternoon All.

Still plodding and still moving. Nearly finished with the DIY and painting. 😁

Following various emails and buts to finalise the transfer of the pub I gave decided not to open next week! This doesn’t include the Bank Holiday, which is under consideration.

The reason is that I need to remove furniture, the gents living on site are moving out and I need most things in place for a Wednesday visit to check the inventory! It’s all standard stuff, but needs to be tucked to allow a smooth transition.

Michael will be opening at 6pm on Monday the 1st June and I will be moving on to my next adventure.

Please forgive the posts over the next few days as I have so many to thank for holding my hand whilst I lived out this chapter of life!

I’m 60 this year and looking forward to the doors that have opened since announcing I was moving on. Watch this space. ❤️

Good Morning all.

Unfortunately, nothing to report. I’ve been in the last couple of days sorting out stuff and preparing to leave.

We will be open our usual hours this week. I haven’t decided about next week, as there will be a lot going on here in the final days.

Please forgive me if I’m distant this week. It’s all getting a bit much for me!

Good afternoon all.

Maria and family won’t be here today and have secured another site from next week.

I can’t thank them enough for their support and love. It hasn’t ended as we wanted and had planned to move forward together to get food to the forefront at the Fox and Hounds.

The food was fab and my waistline is testament to that! ❤️

We move forward, with exciting times for me ahead.

Next weekend will mark the end for me. I’ll post up more in the week.
