🥩🍻 MARLBOROUGH ARMS FRIDAY NIGHT MEAT DRAW 🍻🥩

A dark day for the honest folk of the Marlborough Arms…

🥩 Ken “The Phantom Stool Pincher” cleaned up, taking home BOTH the Steaks and the Beef. Witnesses say he was grinning like a dog that’s just eaten an entire Sunday roast. The greedy bu**er left enough meat behind for only the rest of the village.

🐷 Pudding Bill, aka Princess Billy Boy, won the Gammon Joint. Which is fitting really. If ever a man was destined to take home a massive chunk of gammon, it was Bill.

🌭 Katie “Mac & Cheese” Vince bagged the sausages. A huge moment for a woman whose culinary achievements usually involve successfully operating a microwave.

Congratulations to this week’s winners, although “congratulations” feels a bit strong in Ken’s case.

We’ve still got plenty of numbers available for next Friday’s draw, so get yours sorted. The rest of us need a fighting chance before Ken turns up with a wheelbarrow and takes the lot again.
