We're on the hunt for a Bar & Experiences Manager to lead our waterside distillery bar in Salcombe.

If you love exceptional hospitality and know how to make people feel welcome the second they walk in, this one's for you. You'll lead the bar team, shape our tours and tastings, host private events, and bring fresh energy to our seasonal cocktail menu, all set in one of the most beautiful spots on the South Devon coast.

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader with a genuine passion for premium spirits, cocktails and creating guest experiences people remember long after they've left.

Recent Barnova. Various work locations which is what we like so much about our job, a bit of play to keep us focused, heat management, music we get to soak up at every event where we have opportunity, Mattie’s bunting, Vodka Luge, fantastic team members who make it all work, Martin Clunes and I flipping off my lovely husband (there is a story) and last of all some ocean time which makes all the hard work worthwhile.

🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🌈 PLYMOUTH PRIDE 2026 SUPPORTED BY UNITE THE UNION🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Plymouth Pride, supported by Unite the Union, will take place on the 11th of July on Plymouth Hoe. Join us to celebrate each and every one of us!

We will march from Theatre Royal Plymouth to Plymouth Hoe Park at 11:30am. Join us to fill the city centre with Rainbows and Noise! Community groups & charities can sign up to join the march by clicking the link below. Individuals are welcome to join at the rear of the march. The celebration then continues on Plymouth Hoe! With over 50 stalls on the Hoe, there are stalls from local companies, charities, community groups, and service providers.

We have 6 hours of music & entertainment, featuring local Singers, Bands, and Drag Queens! More details on our exciting line-up coming soon!

There will be a full bar and several tasty food & drink options available! A first for Plymouth Pride, we will have a dog show, and there will be plenty of Pride Pooches around!

TWO WEEKS TO GO! Running orders plus final artists announced.....

Newly confirmed for the outdoor Bandstand stage are Devon singer song-writing duo Sound of the Sirens, Cornish bluegrass outfit Flats & Sharps, Scottish accordion wizard and vocalist RuMac Music and much loved local collective Stithians Ukulele Group.

Happy Pride weekend everyone. This is an important event because it celebrates freedom. It’s not a bout sexuality but the freedom to be who you are. And freedom in its many and various forms is something that is under threat now globally more than it has been for some time.
