Matthew has been part of our bar team for the last 6 weeks.
Originally from Bath, Matthew is in Exeter University studying Sport Science.

Outside of work and studying, Matthew enjoys rugby, golf and running.

A favourite dish for Matthew, a medium-rare sirloin steak with a side of Tenderstem broccoli 🥦

When is comes to being behind the bar, Matthew loves shaking an Espresso Martini.

🌟Meet the Team Monday 🌟

This week, we'd like to introduce you to Fin, one of our food & drink runners.

Fin has been with us for nearly 8 months, working part-time alongside his studying of biomedical science.

When not working or studying, Fin is a competitive climber - having competed for team GB. He also loves spending time in the sea, especially some of Torbays coves.

Favourite dish on our menu, Fin enjoys the Sunday Roast Lamb, with a side of Cauliflower cheese......delicious 😋

When you're with us over the weekend, it'll probably be Fin delivering your meal....do say hello 👋

Our charity partners at FORCE Cancer Charity have an amazing challenge!

Join FORCE’s first ever overseas challenge as part of their 40th anniversary celebrations in 2027!

Next October, take on the adventure of a lifetime, trekking along one of the new Seven Wonders of the World, raising vital funds for FORCE.

Join Team FORCE for this truly iconic 9-day trek along the breath-taking Great Wall. The Trek will take place from Saturday 9th October to Tuesday 19th October 2027, and will cover 35km over 5 days.

On the 30th June 2026 at 6:30pm, FORCE will be holding a virtual information evening with Global Adventures via TEAMS, where they will give you all the information to help you make up your mind whether this trek is for you!
