Our plated Sunday Roasts at The Cowick Barton are all about a proper, comforting roast dinner — beautifully presented and packed with all the favourites. ❤️

Your roast is served on the plate with your choice of succulent roast meat, crispy roast potatoes, honey-roasted carrots and parsnips, sage & onion stuffing, a golden Yorkshire pudding and plenty of delicious gravy.

And because one plate is never quite enough… your table will also receive generous side dishes of:

🥦 Cauliflower cheese
🥕 Swede & carrot mash
🟣 Braised red cabbage
🌱 Seasonal green beans

There’s something for everyone, with nut roasts also available as a delicious vegetarian option.

🍽️ NEW LUNCH MENU — LAUNCHING TOMORROW! 🍽️

We’ve been listening! We’ve had lots of people asking for a simple, tasty lunch menu, so we’ve created one just for you.

Alongside sandwiches, toasted wraps, jacket potatoes and salads, we’ve also kept a few of those proper pub classics you know and love — including fish & chips, scampi, lasagne, ham, egg & chips and added spaghetti bolognese.

Whether you fancy something light and simple or a good old pub favourite, there’s something for everyone.

Our new Lunch Menu is available from tomorrow, 12–3pm.

✨ We’re Back Open – Under New Management! 🍻

We are delighted to announce that we are officially back open under new management!

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Sharna. Many of our regulars will already know me from working here already and I’m so excited to now be taking on the role of running the pub.

I can’t wait to welcome back all our familiar faces and meet plenty of new ones too.

We look forward to seeing you all soon, so pop in, say hello, and let’s make some great new memories together!
