Hi Elstree and all,
Firstly, apologies for my absence in posting since the launch of our beautiful pub, The Plough.
An achievement to bring back a pub to the heart of the community.
Unfortunately, I probably pushed the body a bit too far, but a few procedures should see me back at the heart of our business in the new year.
Our wonderful team, led by the much loved Michael, continue to strive to deliver a wonderful village pub.
After a wonderful summer in our spectacular garden, winter is closing in hard and fast, and we continue to look into exciting new things to keep The Plough busy and exciting for everyone to enjoy.
With the continued pressure on many local independent businesses, I urge everyone to support all these businesses at this time of the year.
For The Plough, we want to become your must visit focal point at the heart of your community.
Newly launched brunch, entertainment indoors now live and many more quiz nights on the agenda.
Not to mention that special little time called Christmas. Time to celebrate with all of those special people in our lives.
In advance of this, I wish you all a special festive season and hope to see lots of you on my limited visits (for a short while) enjoying our hospitality.
Be happy, be safe and remember, where possible, to support all those great local independent businesses this winter.
