Meet the Team!

If you’ve been to us before you’ll most likely recognise Sanjana as one of our wonderful waitresses who has recently been promoted to Supervisor!🎉

She has been at The Barley Mow throughout her eduction and is graduating from university this year with an English with Creative Writing degree!📝

She loves playing netball and reading when she’s not at work📖🏐

Her ideal meal would be our Pork Skewer to start, the Lamb Roulade for the main course and our favourite Pistachio Soufflé (but with strawberry ice cream 😉) 🍨

Eli is our General Manager at The Barley Mow!

He has been in hospitality for 15 years and joined us at Heartwood Inns 2 years ago as a Deputy Manager and soon moved up to General Manager!🎉

He loves going to the gym and playing video games when he’s not at work 🏋️👾

His ideal meal would be our rich Cheese Soufleé, the Duck Breast for the main course and our new Basque Cheesecake for dessert 😋
