This month’s tasting is all about the more aromatic side of w**e: herbs, spices and those wonderfully distinctive flavours you might not expect to find in your glass.

We’ll be tasting 5 w**es with notes of mint, thyme, baking spices and more, exploring where those flavours come from and how they show up across different styles of w**e.
