WE’RE HIRING! JOIN TEAM TONIC 🍸

Fancy shaking things up at one of Edinburgh’s favourite cocktail bars? We’re looking for an full-time bartender to join the team at Tonic.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, loves a good chat and most importantly wants to learn more about the world of cocktails and hospitality. No previous experience is needed, just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in making guests feel welcome. We’re happy to teach you the rest, and you’ll be joining a team that enjoys what they do and is always happy to share their knowledge.

The role also comes with plenty of opportunity to develop your cocktail knowledge and creativity, and the chance to work in a fun, fast-paced, award-winning independent bar. An immediate start would be ideal.

If you’re passionate about cocktails, love hospitality and fancy finding your place behind the bar with Team Tonic, we’d love to hear from you.

Send your CV to [email protected]

Know someone who’d be a great fit? Give them a nudge in our direction!
