The Old Nags Head Edale The Old Nag's Head in the delighful Peak District Village of Edale is renowned as one of the 100 great pubs of England.

More famously the Old Nag's Head is the official start of the Pennine Way. The pub is friendly and cosy with original oak beams and open fires in winter. We offer:

The Old Nag's Head was built in 1577. To celebrate we have had our own beer brewed, aptly named 'NAG'S 1577'.

🍻Our 61st anniversary of the official mapping of the Pennine Way Beer Festival went completely without a hitch, we were packed from open, till close and we had probably the best weekend of sunshine ever!!!!☀️

❤️Thank you to all that visited, took part and drank/ate everything we had on offer!!!

💃🕺Our Team approached the event with gusto and did us proud in the way of service….great craic was had!

🍺See you all, to do it all again next year, last weekend in April 23-25th 📆

Parisa East is a Nottingham-based music artist bringing a mix of mellow yet vibrant self-penned songs and covers ranging from jazz and reggae to soul and R&B. Her melodic, honey-coated vocals backed by Leo on drums, Oba on bass and Ed on keys will be sure to take you on enchanting sonic ride ✨

Formed in October of 2025, Lunaria are an alternative rock four piece, performing a selection of eclectic covers that will have something for all ages, plus a more experimental original set. Fresh from a string of live shows on the Nottingham circuit, they are thrilled to spread their dynamic sound to the peaks this Saturday evening… and sample the beers!! 🍻
