🍽️⛳ WE’RE HIRING! – CATERING SUPERVISOR ⛳

West Monmouthshire Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our friendly team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about great food, high standards and excellent customer service, and enjoys working in a busy and varied Club environment.

💷 £16.50 per hour
⏰ Minimum 20 hours per week
📅 Flexible shifts – weekdays, weekends, days & evenings
🎓 Level 3 qualification in Food Safety/Hygiene, Catering, Hospitality or equivalent – essential

You’ll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation, supervise and support kitchen staff, develop menus and specials, maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards, and provide catering for Club competitions, society days, functions and events.

We’re looking for someone with previous supervisory experience, strong food safety and HACCP knowledge, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and a genuine passion for food and hospitality.

This is a great opportunity for someone with catering experience who can take the lead in our catering operation and help deliver excellent food and service to our members and guests.

Ben who owns breath and beyond is raising money for our beloved fire fighters, with all the money raised he will go out and buy drinks, snacks and essentials for all of the fire fighters across our valleys.
