"I'm not a gambler, but I'd put money on the fact that most of us know someone who's been affected by that horrible C-word.
So, in memory of my dear friend Dave Cartner, and to help fund the fight against cancer for future generations, I'm setting myself the challenge of walking at least 30 miles in June.
Thirty miles won't break any records, but it's a lot more than sitting on the sofa pretending I'll do it tomorrow!
