Dear Valued Guests and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of The Bridge Inn Whorlton. These past two years have been a remarkable journey, filled with both highs and lows. Today, we bid a bittersweet farewell to a place that has become not just a business but a part of our lives.
During our time at The Bridge Inn, we have had the privilege of getting to know so many incredible people. We've shared laughter, stories, and created memories that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The bonds we've formed with many of our patrons have been nothing short of extraordinary.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support. It is because of you, our loyal customers, that we were able to embark on this journey and sustain it for as long as we did. Your presence, your kind words, and your patronage have been the driving force behind us.
As we close this chapter, please know that the friendships we've cultivated here will never be forgotten. The moments of joy and camaraderie will always be cherished. While the physical doors of The Bridge Inn may be closing, the memories we've created together will endure.
While I’m ranting on… I want to remind everyone to look after our dear friend 10 O’clock Tony. He's a truly special character who has kept us all up many a night with his captivating stories. Tony, you've added so much laughter and warmth to our lives, and we'll miss you dearly, I’ll especially them last two pints!
Our final day of serving food will be tomorrow, the 10th. However, we will be lingering around for a few more months. Additionally, we plan to host a farewell gathering in the near future to express our gratitude personally, the exact date for this will be announced soon.
Thank you once again for being a part of our journey. We hope to cross paths with you all in the future.
With heartfelt thanks and warm regards, Mike & Tracey
