Councillor Armstrong was a great man with great ambition. I personally knew him and found him to be a kind and caring person and helpful. He was a loving family man and a valued customer of our establishment.

All of the staff and management will greatly miss him, and I’m sure the wider community will as well. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time, and he will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
