Since the refurbishment we have noticed a lot of new, friendly faces coming into The Counting House and a lot of new regulars, so we have decided to bring back "Whits yer Name Again"

This Week Meet Ian! 👋

Ian has worked for Belhaven since 2022 and joined The Counting House just over a year ago.
🍻Favourite thing about working here: The great atmosphere especially since the refurbishment.

🛵Favourite things outside of work: Riding his motorbike. He might not be quite as good a rider as he thinks he is, but he's pretty happy to have kept it shiny side up for the last 20 years! 😎

🤪Ians fun fact is he reckons he has a fairly good aim with a rifle - he's apparently very confident that he'll not go hungry in the event of an Apocalypse!😂

Our fantastic staff, Caitlin and Rio, here at The Counting House are proud to be taking part in Greene King's Tartan Trek 2026 to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚

It's going to be challenging, but our girls are excited to be getting their tartan on and trekking 15 miles from Renfrewshire into Glasgow around 20 of our wonderful pubs to raise vital funds on 24th September 2026 💪

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference and help Macmillan continue to support people and families affected by cancer. 💚
