Not everything over the bar comes with a head on it. We stock Exmoor Tea Co — proper loose-leaf in biodegradable pyramids, made just up the road, and their Gorgeous Grey is a very good reason to sit by the fire for half an hour.

Tea, coffee, crisps, pints. Whatever you're after, we've got you. ☕

Lunch, sorted. Crispy chicken in proper bread, a handful of dressed leaves, and absolutely no need for a knife and fork if you'd rather not. 🥪

Our sign says it all, really. B**r garden, cask ales and local ciders, great homemade food — and, most importantly, dogs and muddy boots welcome.

That last line isn't decoration. Come straight off the moor, bring the dog, don't worry about the floor. We've seen worse, and we'll probably see worse by the weekend. 🐾

Crispy chicken, proper thick-cut bread, a pile of salad that makes you feel slightly better about the whole thing. This is the walk of fame from kitchen to table, and we never get tired of watching heads turn as it goes past. 🍔
