Pears, pencil shavings, and blue raspberry in one glass. 🥃

Nose is all waxed fruits and fennel.
Palate is lemon zest, cardamom, apricot, and chamomile.
Finish is ginger spice with a lime pickle kick.

Williamson 15 Year blend, 2 year Malaga Cask finish
Highland Park 22 Year, 100% re-fill Sherry Butt
Bunnahabhain 24 Year, 10 years in a Madeira Barrique

The range brings together two distinct worlds, bridging the gap between our seaside stills in Scotland and the sticky soleras of Spain 🇪🇸 and Portugal 🇵🇹

⚠️We are delighted to announce we will release a beautiful Talisker 15 Year Old, selected by the Thompson Bros team for the !
Aged over 15 years in a refill American Oak Hogshead, with a final 4 months in an 2nd fill Port Seasoned American Oak Hogshead, this beautiful Talisker was tactically reduced to 57.1%abv (100 Imperial Proof).
Launching Thursday!

Have you tried the Thompson Bros 'Map Series' yet?
Its not the official name of the series (not sure it has one), but its what we go with here at ye ol' Castle 🫡
2 Malts / 3 Grains, each representing what we consider to be definitive examples of what these areas and counties are loved for.
• Royal Brackla 11yr - A Speyside Dram - viscous, dried red fruits, panettone, caramel brittle
• Clynelish 24yr - A Sutherland Dram - lemon posset, waxy honey, tropical fruit, candied ginger
• North British Distillery 33yr - An Edinburgh Dram - honeycomb, stewed plums, stone fruit, oily
• Invergordon 34yr - A Ross-Shire Dram - white blossom, demerara sugar, fruit salad, vanilla
• Strathclyde 34yr - A Glasgow Dram - plum syrup, camphor, toasted coconut, orchard fruit
All pouring here at until they are gone.
