***Customer Notice***

Our opening times will be changing back to the autumn/winter times from next week.

Monday to Thursday open from 4pm
Friday to Sunday open from 12pm.

Apologies, but Google will still show the summer opening times.

Also there will be no quiz this evening.

When you ask why the play area is out of bounds, this is the reason.
We ask that children are always supervised in all areas of our property.
Children like this, not only ruin it for others, but cost us money and time that we dont have.
Running a pub is hard enough, without the extra cost of repairing the play area, refilling the sand pit and making a safe and friendly place for the local community.
All we can ask is that you watch your children, so they dont ruin it for everyone else.

Stalls in full swing, benches set up in the marquee for the music starting at 3pm.
Everything going on til 7pm.
Some amazing food coming out of the cafe today from Nicola and her team.

So the weather isnt looking great for tomorrow, however we will have most of the stalls in the marquee.
Also the singers will be set up in there with some benches so you can stay dry ish.

Bank holiday Sunday 30th.
We bring you a free family day, lots of stalls, live music from 3.30 til 7.
I am working on having a bouncy castle but cant promise that.
Great food served all day from Aladdins cave cafe and Leggers Kitchen.

Great way to start the day.
A latte from Aladdins cave cafe downstairs, then a small stroll on the canal (twisted knee made it a small stroll) then back to the Leggers Inn to get ready to open up at 12pm.

We have finally had some new benches delivered and put out.

A bit of sad news. The sand pit will now be closed, unfortunatley alot of the sand has been bailed out of the pit, also we have had children be allowed to used pint glasses in the sand pit, so we cant be sure whether there might be glass buried.
We don't have the time to sieve it all and with it costing £300 to fill up with sand again, we feel it would be better to re do it for next year. Sorry this has had to happen and the few people have ruined it for the many.

Good morning all,

Just a quick reminder that the summer by the Water event for today was cancelled by the organisers due to lack of ticket sales.

We are going to organise something for the end of the month, so keep your eyes peeled.
