🍝☀️ **Research has been conducted on behalf of Kippford Bay Caravan Park...** ☀️🍺

With the sun making a rare and welcome appearance, it would have been irresponsible not to investigate the local food scene.

So, armed with a healthy appetite, I headed to the Birchtree Hotel in Dalbeattie and secured a prime riverside seat in the sunshine. The mission? A plate of Nduja & King Prawn Linguine, accompanied by cheesy garlic bread and a refreshing pint of Aspall Cyder.

The results are in...

✅ Sunshine enjoyed
✅ River watched
✅ Garlic bread demolished
✅ Linguine conquered
✅ Aspall disappeared suspiciously quickly

After careful consideration (and absolutely no licking of the plate), I can confirm the meal was excellent and the riverside setting made it even better.

It's a tough job exploring the local area for our guests, but somebody has to do it! 😎🍝🍺
