The pub’s refurbishment in 2010 exposed many features of the building that had not been seen for many years and created a relaxed, contemporary environment in which to eat and drink. Our bar prides itself on serving superb local real ales sourced from award winning local breweries, combined with some of the continent's great lagers and stunning wines from Britain and further afield. The relaxed, contemporary surroundings are the perfect location for a drink with friends & maybe something to eat from our gastro menu. Cuckfield’s historic courthouse is now the setting for our stunning restaurant. Sit back and watch our highly skilled chefs create modern classics in our open kitchen. Eat upstairs or downstairs, the choice is yours and the menu is the same. And when the sun is shining, why not sit in our courtyard and watch village life pass by.
