Introducing our Shortcross Apricot Sour 🍑

Shortcross Gin, sweet apricot, amaretto and a refreshing citrus twist, shaken to perfection!

Fancy making your own?

🍸 45ml Shortcross Gin
🍑 10ml Amaretto
🍋 25ml Lemon Juice
🥄 1 tbsp Apricot Jam
🥚 1 Egg White

Dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with star anise.

🏆 A NIGHT TO REMEMBER | BBC FOOD & FARMING AWARDS 2026

While we may not have taken home the award last night, we certainly came away with an incredible sense of pride, gratitude and appreciation.

To be recognised as one of the top three finalists for Drinks Producer of the Year at the BBC Food & Farming Awards 2026 is an achievement that means so much to us as an independent, family-run distillery here in County Down.

💛 To everyone who has supported us along the way, THANK YOU! From our loyal customers and local community to our dedicated team, friends and family, your continued encouragement and belief in what we do means the world to us.

👏 A huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners across every category. It was a privilege to be surrounded by so many passionate and talented people who make our local food and drink industry something truly special.
