The sun is shining, and it's Friday night,
Let's go out and not be dull,
British summer has arrived,
And the beer gardens full!

Sunglasses on, you find a spot,
And bask in the sunshines heat,
The first drink doesn't touch the sides,
Icy cold, It's goes down a treat.

As your second drink comes, the sun has moved,
You're now sitting in the shade,
You move your chair to where it's bright,
Before it starts to fade.

A bit chilly now, the Cardigan goes on,
But the drinks will keep you warm,
It's getting dark, the glasses come off,
And the flies have started to swarm.

It's dark out now, time to go inside,
You've enjoyed every last ray of sun,
Random summer nights are always the best,
Meeting friends and having fun.
