We’ve made the decision to cancel bike night today because of unsafe road conditions. Next Tuesday we have curry night and back to Bikes the week after that provided the weather holds up 🤞

Just a heads up we have our Bike Night tomorrow 8th September. TN17 2PB.

We will run as long as we can into the latter months as long as good weather permits and prevails. As usual we will have our BBQ up and running in full force.

A few of you have been asking what’s next after Glassenbury Beer Festival. Feels rude not to have a crack at an Oktoberfest. Introducing:

PEACOKTOBERFEST: Bavaria vs Britain.

Friday 23 – Sunday 25 October, ze Peacock, Kent, TN17 2PB.

Steins, Songs, Real Ale and Bavarian lager — British and Bavarian, head to head, for three days in the garden under in a large beer tent.

Friday and Saturday are ticketed - a ticket guarantees you a seat in the beer hall and live entertainment (Saturday runs later, 18+ recommended as we have an absolute comedy/ musical classic act coming straight from their run in Edinburgh), and your first drink, British Ale, Bavarian Beer or a glass of fizz.

Sunday’s the same festival, just a slower pace - no ticket needed, come as you are.

🍁LATE RED IS ON🍁

An iconic, triple-hopped seasonal Kentish ale.

Come give it a go in a very very old pub. Dare-we-say the greatest spot to try it - a public house where hop pickers and farmers historically popped in and drank beer brewed off of their own hops. 🍁🌸

🍕A Land Rover day wouldn’t be quite right without a Land Drover that has a pizza oven cut out of the side of it.

Very excited to say we’ve got Defender of the Taste coming and dishing up fresh, hot pizza from 5:30pm.

They will take over from our usual menu that runs from 12.
