We’re absolutely thrilled to be included in the Good Food Guide!

To be recognised for doing what we love, in a place we’re so proud of, means a great deal.

Our approach has always been simple.
Good food, carefully sourced ingredients, thoughtful cooking and genuine hospitality.

Nothing overly complicated, just a belief that the little things make all the difference.

A huge thank you to our wonderful team, our local suppliers and everyone who continues to support The Fox.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’re building here in Penllyn, and even more excited about what’s to come.

Join the team………….

We’re currently looking to fill a position in our brilliant kitchen for the role of Chef de Partie

Genuine work life balance, good pay, great produce but above all else, a respectful & encouraging place to learn & grow.

We don’t expect you to know it all, to be honest we’d rather you didn’t, but what we do expect is a can do attitude & a genuine love for the craft.

If that’s you, then please send your cv to John Cook at [email protected]
