Thanks for your comments on our previous post

After a recent meeting with our Landlords Stonegate we are where we are

No financial support, tax or pub beer reductions coming our way

The way we see it is in order to save the Festival well into 2027 and then re evaluate we need to perhaps put more promotions and events on within financial constraints

Realistically we need the support you are giving us and more from elsewhere

We just need everybody if possible to support an event or even suggest an event

Look at our events on Facebook or on the posters we are putting up around the pub

We run this pub as we truly do love being involved within the community

Many generations have used this pub as a place to meet, laugh and create memories

Established in 1962 let’s not see it go in 2027
