GLUTEN-FREE BEERS

We always try to have some gluten-free beers on cask. The first thing you need to know is that it doesn't effect the quality or the taste - the beers are brewed as normal, and then an enzyme is used to remove the gluten. To be certified as gluten-free, the beer must be less than 20 parts per million of gluten making it perfectly safe for those with intolerance issues. For those who don't have a problem with gluten, these beers are just as great as any other beers that we serve!

Today we have two fresh GF casks - an oatmeal stout from Little Brewing Co , and a Centennial hopped APA from Brass Castle Brewery...
