if you're not already a member, we hope you pop into the club when you're next passing to have a look around the club to get a sense of the wide range of facilities on offer to our members and their guests. We’ve written this note to give you an overview, but nothing beats actually having a look round! Club Facilities

In the Sports Bar we have large screen TV’s the full Sky Sports package plus racing channels. We also have a permanent dart board and host regular local darts league matches. Attached to the Sports Bar is our Skittle Alley which is reputably the best in the area. We are the home for 10 teams who compete in a number of the local skittle leagues. The Alley has seating for 30 people and CCTV, enabling a view of the pins from the scoring end. It also has a digital jukebox, making it the perfect venue for any occasion. Our Alley is also available for private hire. In our Snooker Room we have three full size snooker tables for our members and their guests to use, all maintained to competition standard. The comfortably furnished Millennium Lounge is perfect for any occasion and is also the venue for Bingo, Cribbage and our regular activities. The Somerset Suite is our large function room. There is disabled access and within the room is a fully stocked bar, a raised stage, dance floor and all normal business facilities (free wi-fi throughout the club and projector screen etc). The Somerset Suite is licensed for 150 people and is available to hire (or free to bona fide charities). In addition the Committee Room is available to hire for smaller gatherings and is suitable for meetings of up to 16 people. As for catering, we offer a full À la carte menu Tuesday to Saturday lunchtimes from 12 to 2;30pm. Sunday's we have a Roast menu from 12 to 2:30pm and the first Friday of the month we have a themed dinner evenings 6pm to 9pm. The Club also offers a full catering service to suit any function or occasion; from business meetings to weddings, birthday parties and conferences. Finally our spacious Garden is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and we also have a covered area in case of the odd shower. Our Prices

As a members club we are able to keep our prices low and our bar prices are reported to be amongst the cheapest in the area. All our bars are fully stocked and we carry out regular reviews to ensure that our members get the best possible prices. Whilst we are a private members club we work hard to keep our members subscriptions low; currently under 54p per week.
