🐝💚 NOW THAT’S A COMMUNITY PUB, RIGHT THERE.
Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that remind you why you do what you do.
A little handwritten note from the lads at Stratton FC. Nothing extravagant, nothing fancy. Just a few words that mean an awful lot. ❤️
Because The Bee’s Knees has never been just about pulling pints, serving food or keeping the doors open.
It’s about people.
It’s about friendships forged over the bar, laughter that carries across the room, familiar faces who become part of the furniture (you know who you are 😂), and strangers who walk in and leave feeling like old friends.
It’s about looking out for one another, celebrating the good times and being there through the difficult ones.
Because sometimes, family isn’t just the people you’re born into. It’s the people you find along the way. The family you choose. 💚
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that a proper pub isn’t made by its bricks and mortar. It’s made by the people who fill it.
To the wonderful lads at Stratton FC, thank you. For your kindness, your support and for being part of our little Bee’s Knees family.
And to every single person who walks through our doors, supports us, laughs with us and makes this place what it is, thank you too.
