“Derry is a much-loved & cherished regular at The Golden Lion since Cindyfest 2025, & we’re dedicating the day to honouring his life & the lasting mark he made on all of us.

As his hearse passes at 12, flowers in his beloved Wolves colours will be available at the bar for people to collect,

We will be clapping him as he passes alongside the Golden Lion & plaque dedicated to him & his bandmates.

We’ll be playing EMF throughout the day & evening as a heartfelt tribute to someone who brought so much joy & meaning to our town.

Derry will be deeply missed by his family, bandmates, fans, friends, & everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our thoughts & deepest sympathies are with his family—Lee, Stephanie, Steve, & their families—as they face this difficult time.
