From energy bills and supplier prices to wages and business rates, the pressure on hospitality continues to grow while the industry remains taxed at 20% VAT.
For many independent pubs, it’s no longer about making bigger profits — it’s about protecting jobs, keeping doors open, and continuing to serve the communities that rely on them.
That’s why we support the call for a fairer VAT rate for hospitality through the campaign.
