The Crown Pub in Chinnor has recently been redecorated and is better than ever. You can enjoy a meal in our excellent restaurant or just a light bite from our great menu’s. We stock great Real Ales and have an excellent wine cellar. In the Summer you can chill out in our large garden while the kids play on our great play equipment.

Callum and his team will be joining us for Oktoberfest as they fire up the BBQ Sausage Haus, serving up proper German festival vibes right here at The Crown! 🇩🇪

As we all sit together with our families this evening, enjoying the little moments we often take for granted, remember how quickly things can change.

Every parent knows that sheer panic when you turn around at home, in a shopping centre or at the park and, for a split second, you can’t see your child. Your heart stops until you find them again.

Tonight, hold your loved ones a little tighter and spare a thought for Noah’s family and friends as they face a tragedy no family should ever have to endure.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking Bar Staff (18+) to join us.

As part of our bar team, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for our customers. Whether you’re pouring the perfect pint, recommending a drink or keeping the good times flowing when things get busy, you’ll be right at the heart of what we do! 🍻

Previous bar work experience is recommended but NOT essential — full training will be given. We’re looking for the right people with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a friendly approach to customers. ⭐️

You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team where you can build your skills, strengthen your experience and enjoy being part of a proper community pub.

A fantastic first visit from Yates Quality Fresh Fish from Grimsby today, with plenty of you showing your support and getting your hands on some seriously good-quality fresh fish! 👌

And judging by the feedback, it’s safe to say the fish was absolutely swimmingly good! 🐟😂 Fresh, great quality and brought right to your doorstep here at The Crown — what’s not to like?
