Our bar is bursting with fantastic beers, lagers and cask ales whilst the wine list offers a cheeky bottle to match all tastes and complement our dishes. Our menu is updated regularly with dishes to tempt your taste buds and combine fresh local produce with season favourites. We also boast a 14 bedrooms boutique hotel onsite with deluxe king size beds & en-suite bathrooms

Our rustic barn style private dining room is the perfect setting for weddings, Birthday celebrations, christenings, baby showers, special anniversary's or corporate business events. Nestled between our restaurant & private dining room sits our relaxed country style courtyard which offers the perfect setting for casual drinks.

A slightly overdue goodbye to one of our favourite people… 👨‍🍳

A couple of weeks ago, we said a very fond farewell to Chef Connor, who has left us after more than five years to pursue an exciting new career as a plumber.

Connor was one of the best chefs we’ve ever had. His hard work, natural talent, love of food, calmness under pressure and brilliant sense of humour made him hugely popular. He always had a smile for everyone and was an absolute pleasure to work alongside — as these photos certainly show!

We already miss having him in the kitchen, but we wish Connor and his family every happiness and success for the future. We hope to welcome him back very soon for a delicious snack and a well-earned beer! 🍻

Planning your wedding? Come and discover The C**k O’Barton and picture how your special day could look with us. 🤍

Throughout the week, our private dining room will be dressed for a wedding ceremony, while our garden marquee will be beautifully laid for a wedding breakfast — all styled by our wonderful local venue dressers, Flossie’s Weddings.
