You can expect a warm welcome whether you are popping in for a drink or joining us for a relaxing meal in the restaurant. Our bar is bursting with fantastic beers, lagers and cask ales whilst the wine list offers a cheeky bottle to match all tastes

and complement our dishes. Our menu is updated regularly with dishes to tempt your taste buds and combine fresh local produce with season favourites. We also boast a 14 bedrooms boutique hotel onsite with deluxe king size beds & en-suite bathrooms

Our rustic barn style private dining room is the perfect setting for weddings, Birthday celebrations, christenings, baby showers, special anniversary's or corporate business events. Nestled between our restaurant & private dining room sits our relaxed country style courtyard which offers the perfect setting for casual drinks.

Today (Wednesday 5th August) The C**k O’ Barton is closed as we host a beautiful wedding celebration.

We’d like to wish the happy couple the most incredible day as they begin their next chapter together. 🥂💍

We’ll be back open from midday tomorrow, ready to welcome you for lunch, dinner, drinks and overnight stays.

It wasn’t always like this! Look through to see how our terrace came to life.

Over the years it’s become the setting for sunny lunches, after-work drinks, wedding celebrations, family get-togethers and plenty of afternoons spent with good food, good company and a drink in hand.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our lovely team at The C**k O’Barton.

If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for our guests, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ The role includes:
• Part-time hours
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday
• We have a mixture of early morning/ mid morning start times available
• Cleaning and preparing our 14 bedrooms and public areas to a high standard
• Weekend availability preferred

No previous experience is necessary – just a positive attitude, great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided for the right person.
